A visit to our school is required before submitting an application. Applications should be submitted with the $75 non-refundable application fee (check made out to 'PHWS') to our Admissions Coordinator. Applications can be mailed to Prairie Hill Waldorf School, N14W29143 Silvernail Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072, scanned and emailed to admissions@prairiehillwaldorf.org, or dropped off in person.

Applying to our Early Childhood Program:

Complete the Early Childhood application and return with a check payable to PHWS for the $75 non-refundable application fee per student. We accept applications throughout the year.

Applying to Grades 1-8:

Complete the Grades application and return with a check payable to PHWS for the $75 non-refundable application fee per student. We accept applications throughout the year.

Applying through the WI Parental Choice Program:

Qualifying families can apply for enrollment through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). Open enrollment typically begins in February and runs through mid April each year. Visit the link to the right to learn more.
