Michelle Lawrence – Fund Development Coordinator

Michelle Lawrence "The moment I walked through the doors of Prairie Hill, I felt like I had come upon a treasure and was immediately inspired. After a few months of working at the school, I enrolled my son and I in playgroup. It has become my passion and priority to continue to provide for him a Waldorf education."

Before returning to her home state and joining Prairie Hill, Michelle lived in Arizona and worked as an editor and columnist for a newspaper and spent four years with the non-profit organization, Volunteers of America. Michelle has done freelance graphic design work and has been awarded the unofficial title of Poet Laureate for the state of Arizona. At Prairie Hill Michelle assists in major fundraising efforts and maintains our extensive fund development database. Michelle designs and edits the PHWS Weekly Update as well as many of the outgoing school print communication pieces.

Michelle has a B.A. in English from Arizona State University and has an AA in both Communications and Journalism from Mesa Community College.
