Kim Bair – Linden Tree Kindergarten7520-Bair

“I have a passion for being outdoors and sharing laughter with the children.”

Before teaching, Kim worked at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute in East Troy as the Garden Student Program Coordinator, at the National Park Service in Madison as a Trail Planner, and at Applied Ecological Services in Brodhead as the Field Services Supervisor. Most recently Kim has taught KinderHouse at the original Lifeways in East Troy, and hosted an outdoor KinderForest at her home beofre leading the Linden TRee Kindergarten at Prairie HIll. Both of her children, Rosa and Henry attend Prairie Hill.

Kim holds a B.A. in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana; and a Master’s in Education, and Waldorf Teaching Certificate from Mount Mary College and Great Lakes Teacher Training.
